Order Processing:
Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) on business days (Monday–Friday) begin processing the same day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays start processing the next working day.
Processing Time: 1–2 business days.
If your order requires extra processing time, customers will be notified promptly via email.
Shipping Coverage:
Auricbuy currently ships only within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping at the moment.
Shipping Charges:
A fixed shipping fee of $30 applies to all orders, regardless of size, quantity, or delivery location within the U.S.
The final shipping cost is shown at checkout before order confirmation.
Any temporary shipping promotions will be clearly mentioned on our website.
Transit Time & Delivery Estimates:
Standard Transit Time: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Total Delivery Time: 4–9 business days (Processing + Transit).
Delivery times may vary based on location:
Urban & metropolitan areas: usually faster
Rural or remote areas: may take additional days
Note: Delivery estimates can be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or peak holiday seasons.
Order Tracking:
Once shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number and courier details.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear on the courier’s website.
Delivery Responsibility:
After the order is handed over to the courier, Auricbuy is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
If the courier marks a package as delivered but it hasn’t been received, customers should contact the courier directly.
Auricbuy will assist by providing shipment information.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address:
Customers must ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.
Auricbuy is not liable for delays, lost packages, or extra charges caused by incorrect addresses.
If a package is returned due to incorrect details or failed delivery attempts, an additional $30 re-shipping fee may apply.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages:
If a package is returned as undeliverable (e.g., repeated failed delivery attempts, inaccessible location, or delivery refusal), Auricbuy will notify the customer.
Customers may request reshipment after paying an additional $30 shipping fee.
Signature Requirement:
For security purposes, certain orders may require a signature upon delivery.
Customers must ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the package if required by the courier.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages:
Customers must report lost or damaged packages within 7 business days of the expected delivery date.
Auricbuy will help file a claim with the courier; resolution time depends on the carrier’s investigation.
Auricbuy is not responsible for packages confirmed as “delivered” by the courier but later reported as stolen.
Shipping Limitations:
Auricbuy does not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Some restricted or remote locations may not be serviceable. Customers will be informed if their order is affected.
Partial Shipments:
In rare cases, orders with multiple items may be shipped separately.
Customers will be informed beforehand if partial shipments are necessary.
Exchanges:
Auricbuy does not accept exchanges.
