Returns & Refund Policy

At Auricbuy, we want every customer to shop with confidence, knowing that if anything goes wrong, our return and refund process is simple, transparent, and clearly explained. This policy outlines the conditions for returns, how refunds are issued, and the responsibilities of both the customer and Auricbuy.

Return Window:

Customers have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Return Process:

1. Contact Us:

Customers must reach out within 24–48 hours of receiving the item to initiate a return.
Clear photos of the product must be provided to verify eligibility (damage, defects, or incorrect item received).

2. Return Label:

A prepaid return label is the customer’s responsibility.

3. Return Approval:

Once approved, the customer must pack the item securely and ship it back using the provided return label.

4. Processing Time:

Returned items are inspected upon arrival.
Refunds are issued within 7 business days after Auricbuy receives the returned package.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the issue is Auricbuy’s responsibility (defective item, wrong product shipped, item damaged before reaching the customer), Auricbuy will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the issue is the customer’s responsibility (change of mind, incorrect order, damage after delivery), a $30 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

Refund Method:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Banks or payment providers may require additional time for the amount to reflect in the customer’s account.

Non-Returnable Situations:

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Missing original packaging or accessories

  • Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or accidents after delivery

  • Items returned after the 30-day return period

  • Items sent back without prior contact or approval

Exchanges:

Auricbuy does not offer direct exchanges.
Customers who want a different item must return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Condition of Returned Items:

  • Item damaged upon delivery (courier fault): Eligible for return; Auricbuy covers shipping.

  • Item damaged due to customer mishandling: Not eligible for return or refund.

  • Change of mind: Accepted within 30 days; return shipping cost will be deducted.
